The funny thing is when he was brought in Boston, it was to help them on their power play and with him there, it made their power play a whole lot worse. Good Luck with Kaberle and by the way guys, he doesn’t shoot. So eveyone knows now to cover the other defensemen on point

they coulda had wisniewski instead of campoli and kaberle for less money. And Wiz is a character guy, unlike Kaberle.

Wow. A pathetic scramble of a trade to make it look like you’re doing your job. Spacek was done at the end of the year and we would’ve had his almost four million cap hit to spend on someone else come July 1st. Now we’re stuck with this crap til 2013-14. Bravo, moron!!! (sorry I’m a bit pissed at this one).

Chatting over a couple pints at Darcy’s the other night I found myself describing mutual feelings for the Habs this year and the Star Wars prequels. Management and the marketing department has done a marvelous job of feeding the fans and keeping the hype way up, bringing in big names, advertising everywhere and the whole nine yards. Then we tune in whatever night and we get …………. The Phantom Menace. You’re all hyped up and ready to be blown away but the goods are never delivered.

Just bar talk but it made a whole lotta sense to me at the time.
