Rookie defenceman Ryan O’Byrne has been recalled from Hamilton and will join the Canadiens in Tampa, where they play the Lightning Tuesday night.
O’Byrne has been on the shelf since the team’s last visit to Florida He broke his thumb during a fight in a Dec. 28 game against the Panthers.
