PRE-GAME AUDIO: Brian Gionta | Maxim Lapierre
Coach Jacques Martin said he hopes to have three balanced lines against the Vancouver Canucks tonight and he’s right when he says his first three lines have produced almost the same number of goals.
But it should be noted that of the eight goals produced by the trio of Andrei Kostitsyn, Scott Gomez and Maxim Lapierre, only one was produced with Gomez at centre.
The other lines are Benoit Pouliot-Jeff Halpern-Mathieu Darche (10 goals) and Michael Cammalleri-Tomas Plekanec-Brian Gionta (10 goals).
Carey Price gets the start in net, his 14th in 15 games

I didn’t mean “political” as in French/English; I meant “political” as in “Hey, we just traded away our num1 goalie; could you prop this guy Eller up on your prospect list so we can justify this deal to our fans?”.
Despicably despondent, my remains will say:

St. Louis.
This team does not want to play for JM
He is still getting several scoring chances whether he plays with Gomez or Pleks,he is finding space and more importantly is skating and winning races to the puck and engaging physically….I don’t see the decline in his game you mention….yet.
.5 mil don’t buy much .. I’m more worried about the Big $$$ guys …Gomez,Gionta,Hamlik,Spacek.
Imagine Beaughamin who is younger and tougher than Spacek wanted to sign with the Habs .. for the same money they eventually gave Spacek ..and they said no ..??? must be more to this story
so your saying that the staff of HIO will simply ask posters to help out, based on the merit, that they simply do them?
Yea i did, and for all the talk about trading SK so we get AK back, well we did for only a few games.
BUT this season is young, and we could still be in for a surprise.
