keep bashing Kaberle, but he has 4 points in 4 games and since he came on board our PP has gotten considerely better.
with better defense partners he will help us a lot.
If we had a legit shut down dman or two, then Kaberle wouldn’t be needed to play so much in our own end. All our dmen are offensive dmen except Emelin and Gorges.
yeah i dont think he’s that bad either, god damn atrocious in our own end, but he puts up points and thats what he was brought in to do.
With the return of Markov, a year of development to our young guys, and signing a depth dman, he could be insulated enough to limit the gaffs in our own end.

In 2007 Toronto traded for Toskala. They gave up a first and a second and a fourth round pick. The first round pick turned out to be Lars Eller, and the Second turned out to be Aaron Palushaj.
And Palushaj was picked one spot behind Subban, talk about a difference in talent
Palushaj just needs another season or two. Eller was taken 1 spot after Mcdonagh

To reverse the call on the ice, they’re supposed to need video proof that the puck didn’t cross the goal line. While there’s the shot form the net-cam that shows the puck sitting on the line, the camera moves and the puck goes out of frame; it might have gone in the net at that point, so the call on the ice should have stood due to lack of definitive proof.
