Laraque out, White called up; Halak in goal

Georges Laraque is out for tonight’s game against the New Jersey Devils, suffering an upper-body injury. The Canadiens have recalled Ryan White from the Hamilton Bulldogs to fill his spot.

Jaroslav Halak gets the start in goal, not much of a surprise given his 38-save shutout of the Florida Panthers on Thursday at the Bell Centre, snapping a four-game home-ice losing streak for Montreal.
