Huet, Markov maintain all-star vote leads

I am very honoured that Cristobal will be on the allstars again and also I’m happy he will play in the first period and not the third. Thank you.

  2. JF says:

I’ll be surprised if uet remains at the top. He’s a very good goaltender, but he does have a tendency to give up costly late goals, as well as soft ones from inside the blueline.

  3. cautiousoptimist says:

I don’t think the all-star voting has as much to do with skills as with fan support. If it were about skills, much as I love the guy, Koivu wouldn’t be leading Spezza by 34,000 votes. Also, Chara wouldn’t be second among Eastern defencemen, with 78,000 more votes than Dan Boyle… Who would you rather have on your team?

  4. saskhab says:

You guys are all jinxing them with each vote!

  5. Alex Leduc says:

I dont know, i think Habs fans are just on the ball this year in terms of voting. This seems squewed.

  6. Chuck says:

I’d still like to see Kovalev make it in. He’s received all of my write-ins so far.

Boyle’s been injured almost all year.

  8. teamplayer says:

yeh spezza been injured too, but by skill level i’d put heatley ahead of koivu and for top D i like campbell over chara…
but they want you to vote for your favourite player so go habs go
