Penner got tons of ice-time on a weak team. Like Grabovski now. Would you want Grabs back on the Habs? He’s got better numbers than AK.
I’m just not convinced about Penner. I don’t think he’s a good fit.
I’d love to be proven wrong, and see him arrive and light the place up! But I’m just not sure…

I few comments on the experience as a fan at the HC If I may.
It was over all a fun time takeaway the result. The pre-party outside the stadium was great, good band, I think they were from Montreal. At least two of them sported Habs jerseys. Lots of Hab fans I’d say about 35% easy. Allmost all the fans were very good natured. I did not get ribbed too much as the flames added to our demise.
McMahon stadium is completely out of date and has nowhere near the support facilities for it’s full capacity. Attemps to discharge and refeul were fruitless as parkas in jerseys cramed in opposite directions. It was dangerous for kids. Some very nervous Moms there.
Anyways I manged to to stay warm and have a good time.
True. But at least they made an attempt to protect him and give him the oppurtunity to shine and develop as a top player. These morons that attack PK hate him because he’s good and hard to play against. I’m really nervous that some goon is gonna attack PK and hurt him.
That’s because a CH is an inanimate object that can’t make moves, intelligent or stupid.
