Hockey GM’s and coaches are the same as any business in the world….as long as the owner and manager are “cool” and “respected” the “employees”/”players” will follow!
Jm and PG are nerds! Nerds! None of the players respect them. We have to overpay for mediocre/overthehill hasbeens and cheer as though we think we are contenders. NO CHANCE!
As long as Count Chocula and Weiner Boy are in charge

  2. RJ says:

Marky is my favorite player and no one wants to see him back more than me, but it’s time to forget about him and focus on what we have. The ups and downs and lack of communication from the team pretty much tell us that nothing good is happening. The fact he cannot pivot to one side is something more than a “therapy day” will solve.

This was a complete mistake from the outset re-signing Markov and anyone who knows anything about hockey would confirm that. The smart choice was to sign the Wiz, during the season, not waiting for some rediculous ‘we don’t negotiate during the season policy, which btw is outdated and foolhardy, to a long term contract. We could have got him for less money than he signed elsewhere. We also wouldn’t be playing this idiotic waiting game for Markov. We have poor management. How the Molson’s can’t see this would only indicate to me they are dipping into the companies product a little too often. Wake up people. I want the best mangement for our club, as was the norm in the past. Not this present contingent of fortune tellers and palm reeaders who think they know hockey and player personnel.

    What winners have you built?

you forgot to say “nananana nana”….there should be age limit to post here !!!

  5. likehoy says:

so you single out markov and price..
but what about the other 20 players on the team?

cups aren’t won with 2 players.. the whole team sucks.
