Quiet day in Brossard today, no changes in jerseys this morning at practice. But there was plenty of communication on ice, Bob Gainey holding a couple of group and individual meetings. In one group gathering, Gainey and Alex Tanguay had a lengthy discussion, everyone else listening in, and the two soon were at the side of the rink as practice resumed, reviewing things on a diagram board.
Gainey did not meet the media today, but will tomorrow before the team boards its charter to Boston in advance of Thursday’s Game 1. Lines as dressed today:
