He’s not an idiot just because he didn’t see the high-sticking, assuming that is what you’re talking about. Every ref misses calls, the good ones, the bad ones, they all miss things. That’s why there should be a coach’s challenge. Not everything can be both witnessed and called correctly 100% of the time in real-time.
Really is there any doubt what the refs are doing.This has been bad for two years it is worst now that Bettman is pissed at the Molsons.

The thumbs rating system looks like it’s here to stay so like any good government would do with something few like, HIO should make it full-blown. Come up with an expanded version that posters could use regularly to evaluate players’ performances. After each game Hockey Inside Out would have one thread made up entirely of the Habs’ images and fans could use the following symbols to express their feelings (no thumbs up, down here, folks, but it is digital):

while we are ranked 10th on the pp that is a bit of a mirage…our pp mostly has not been reliable to score the big goal when needed..we have had streaks where we scored 4/7, 4/10 on the pp but our pp goals have not been spread out…hammer and mara on the point will not produce too many goals but martin keeps putting them out there…just like last year with gorges…
