Quick thoughts:
- Cammy’s breakaway shot was weak, much like many of the shots he has taken since his return. It’s clear he’s not 100%.
- I gave up on AK last season and I was wrong. So, I haven’t given up on Pouliot completely. This year, yes. He’s a useless, stumbling, bumbling goof. Teach him how to stay on his skates this summer then give him another chance.
- That fight was nothing more than Atlanta trying to get their guys revved. Staged. I hate staged. Give me two guys who dislike each other and those are the only fights I’d like to see remain in the game. The rest are WWF level crap.
- Gotta love the jump in the Habs tonight. Finally.

I don’t think it was staged Dave, Thorburn put a bit of a dirty hit on Moen earlier in the play as Moen cleared the zone.
OK…Never mind…still hate staged fights. (But it looked like Moen was telling him “good fight” at the end of it…no?)

I’d like to know Martin’s rationalization, or lack thereof, for not having PK on the ice for any of the 2 PP waves. Inexcusable. It’s a mistake.

I bash the guy constantly, but that was the best period Ive seen Gomez play all year. As much as I dislike this guy we NEED him to play better then he has for us to be successful.

I don’t know anything about POULIOT’s conditioning, but I think the dude NEEDS to work on his overall strength- especially lower body strength..
One hundred percent agree with you. If you take a look at him in his undershirt it’s plain to see he needs upper body mass.
I hope they ensure a program for him in the off season and only after seeing how he responds (whether he does the program of not and whether he gains the muscle mass) do they decide his future.
I do not want to lose a player with so much skill/pedigree before good development strategy havs been exhasusted on him.
