Van City can beat them 1-0 or 6-5, take your pick. Montreal didn’t have the scoring to win the 5-4 games, and couldn’t score in overtime…..Vancouver can and will!!! It’s time for someone to put out the Bully, take him to the back of the bus and give the bully what’s coming!!

Replays clearly show that Bergeron voluntarily guided his finger in Burrows’ mouth. Now the Bruins are over-selling his “injury” in order to get Burrows banned.

There was a hilarious moment during the second period when Burrows was penalized for tripping Tim Thomas. On the HNIC broadcast, Glenn Healy assumed the penalty was goaltender interference and started whining about how it wasn’t a penalty because Thomas was way out of his crease. True, he was out of his crease by a mile and thus, goaltender interference was not committed. But you’re still not allowed to just kick a guy’s leg out from under him! After Cherry, Healy has to be the most consistently idiotic person in hockey.
That said, it sure was awesome to see the Bruins lose. Man, I love that. Can’t wait to see my boy Max Lapierre hoist that Cup!

Right… and the B’s can’t take a clean hit from Hamhuis, instead they cross-check him in the head when Hamhuis is down and defenseless.
I know, eh? Why did Burrows have to bite Bergeron? Why couldn’t he have just intentionally broken his neck the way a guy who respects the game would have done?

If you look at the replay of the Hamhuis hit on Lucic, his head does not get touched because of the hit. The contact with his head, therefore, must be from the cross-check to the head from Kreciji.
If the league truly cares about head shots, they’ll suspend Kreicji.
But, since this league is a joke, it’s more likely he’ll receive no discipline at all, but Burrows will be out at least a game.
Cherry would have loved the game if it had the outcome he preferred.
So… how many of you want the Habs to sign Torres after he put the B’s away?!?
