To Mike Boone: If I may, some constructive criticism.
I love the blog but I can’t always follow what you’re writing about because you’re assuming that everyone reading the blog is watching or listening to the game. In my case and probably some others’ as well, this isn’t the case.
For example you just posted you hope Wiz comes back–what’s that about? I saw he got a fighting penalty but was he injured? On the goals, it would also help to give more than just an exclamation or GREAT GOAL but instead get a bit more info, like what he did or why it was great.
Or this one: “2P 1:45 Post!”

I know you’re not giving play by play but I think the key turning points like goals should be spelled out a bit more clearly and overall it should be a little clearer.

I’m really happy right now. But I remember the second intermission of Game 2 of the first round last season. Habs scored two early in the first, and were up by 2 goals after 40 against a higher-seeded, more offensive opponent. They looked good to seal the deal on stealing both road games coming back to the Bell. What happened? We lost 6-5 in OT and the series went 7 games. Martin has to avoid a repeat of that. I hope he mentions that game specifically to them…

They didn’t have long stretches this year where they were missing 4 or 5 starters due to injury like us. One game I think we were missing 9. If we stayed healthier they would not of won the North East.

Cherry and Milbury are still not over that series as you can tell by the hate they have for the CH. It was the only time in Cherrys career he come close to winning anything of importance.
Keep giving us those juicy rebounds Flopper. I was a goaltender and bad rebound control is a result of lack of confidence and just being happy to make the initial save.

Unbelievable the Bruins are getting away with murder someone in the Media has to call these crooks in strips out. Ron Mclean called it he absolutely called and tried to cover up like it was ajike. Ron knew dam well whats going on with the refs working this game. Pk was hit from behind and Lucy went after his head at the end of the second.
I wonder how much Chara drank after the loss on Thursday to be this dehydrated and sick today.
It wasn’t what he drank but rather consumed. Let this be a lesson to the kids out there: don’t eat raw deer from the roadside like Chara did.
