Subban the most exciting player in the NHL hands down worth every penny to watch him. Cherry get stuffed player better start showing this kidssome respect.
he still needs to learn how to score as he has only 75 goals in his last 6 years of hockey…maxpac had the same issue and this year he got a lot of confidence in scoring in the ahl
only 5 teams have scored fewer goals in the nhl than the habs..the next team that has scored fewer goals than the habs is 21st in the point standings…has there ever been a low scoring team like the habs compared to the rest of the nhl in the playoffs?
I had an administrator at work like that. My first year I followed his “advice,” and experienced nothing but trouble. After the first year I literally did the opposite of what he suggested/instructed, and my work went well.
20 more very hard minutes guys remember this is Jersey and the refs are laying in waiting. Jersey has to be tired after a super human effort to get back in the payoff chase and their second in a row . If the Habs can score one more they might roll over and die and say enough.
Martin F. is not a lucky tender, he’s a great one. Positioning, reflexes and he somehow makes himself big even when he’s scrambling. Always thought Thomas was similar in those aspects. Both love to go down and freeze the puck when the heat is on hence the flopper label I think. There’s a reason this guy is going to the Hall.
Dave, Brodeur has been out of position all night. He has good rebound control, but he’s not the goalie he once was, and he’s looked lost for most of the game. He’s constantly getting bailed out by bouncing pucks and timely defense.
Andrew, your TV is acting up as bad as your laptop. Hit refresh or the off button a few times. For a guy looking lost he sure is saving NJs’ collective butts right now, Their D is letting our weak, little forwards get in close. If it wasn’t for his antics this would be a 4-0 lead for us.
HOWEVER…I agree about the bouncing pucks so maybe I’ll let you off with a reprimand this time.
Hockey Inside/Out encourages lively debate, but there is a zero-tolerance policy regarding racism, profanity and behaviour that we deem to be offensive.
We will, without warning, ban those who do not abide by this simple rule, so as to maximize the enjoyment of readers and participants of both sexes and all ages.
I was just writing, if this ends 3-0 like with my xbox, I have to try it again vs chi. I was too slow, as usually…

Rolston was holding PK’s stick, no efin call

But, but….but I thought JM was ruining Eller. Like he ruined PK. How can he be playing well?
The H-I/O nattering nabobs of negativity can’t be wrong. So how can this thing be?
Next thing you know, Gomez & Gionta will get a strong go-to-the-net player to replace MaxPac and they’ll score with consistency. Oh, wait….
I knew somebody wouldn’t be able to resist singing JM’s praises over his brilliant handling of Eller.
Glad to help ;–)
The boys will not be denied tonight. Great effort and 2 huge points.
Me thinks the Habs fortunes have changed. Bring on the Blackhawks!
Playing a very solid game. Giving Jersey a taste of their own medicine
price is a very good puck handler but he still makes too many bad decisions
Subban the most exciting player in the NHL hands down worth every penny to watch him. Cherry get stuffed player better start showing this kidssome respect.
How convenient the hypocrite Cherry didn’t even mention douchebag Marchands disrespectful BS.
Bad out of town scoreboard news….
Your boy is playing a good game tonight, good for him
“It’s not an obsession, It’s a way of life..”
Thanks topher :–) May the good karma be yours!
Brodeurs’ horseshoe has become dislodged and making him cranky.
Even though the Devils are not a playoff team, their second half record makes me impressed by the Habs performance tonight.
Brodeur a little more fiesty than usual. Not used to losing to the Habs in his barn.
This is the Montreal Canadiens team I love! Great job guys!
I’m losing track of how many times Eller leads the rush, causes havoc, and then beats the defensemen back on the backcheck. Brilliant.
Kid’s got a future here.
***Subbang Baby!!!***
I’ll probably get flamed for this, but if he ever develops a consistent scoring touch, I invision him as a Mats Sundin type player.
Big, bald and…Swedish?
***Subbang Baby!!!***
I see that in his skating stride and strength, but I think he’ll be more of a big Plekanec, which is nothing to sneeze at.
Eller will be one hell of a player in a few years
Hell of a player now.
About time you dropped in
I’ve had to battle Punchy all night.
***Subbang Baby!!!***
I agree but with a few years under his belt and more icetime he’s going to be fun to watch
he still needs to learn how to score as he has only 75 goals in his last 6 years of hockey…maxpac had the same issue and this year he got a lot of confidence in scoring in the ahl
nothing extra for the hit on Sopal of course
second place is just the first loser
This team! WTF? Oh, I know, I know, it’s only the Devils. But crap folks…IT’S THE FREAKIN’ DEVILS!!!
***Subbang Baby!!!***
BS!
I guess the book on the Habs is to goon it up when the game is out of hand.
and Mair doesn’t get a penalty for that. What a fricken JOKE!
If Darche can keep this up we’ve found a winger for G&G
CAR 3 NYI 2
Darche!!! Goes to the NET!!!!! That’s what you gotta do!!!
Darche, baby!!!!!
Say it with me – the system, when followed – gets results.
Habs are looking good tonight, it’s nice to see the boys playing this way
Guess this makes Darche a top-six winger?
Darche…from the captain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

woohoo subby
Have I mentioned lately that I LOVE Subban on the PP?
Huge.
PK!
Keep those 4 lines rollin’ So nice for a change.
Love the four lines rolling. I hope JM has turned the corner on this habit.

So what’s the verdict.? Can the Habs hold this one goal lead?
Tip to all the GM’s out there:
Listen to what Milbury says, then do the opposite.
Habsoloutly..ha ha..post of the night
second place is just the first loser

Finally got to it and posted a couple vids from our trip to the 8-1 romp of the Wild.

Mike Millbury is such an A-HOLE
“Start the season with a clean equipment bag and a freah bucket of febreze!”-CharlieHodgeFan
Did Milbury ever get his shoe back? Inquiring minds and all that, ya know?
***Subbang Baby!!!***
Considering he had skates on at the time, I don’t believe it was his shoe
lets get some more goals!

I was just wondering that he looked more lucky than good, but if you’re a goalie a good luck is okay too…
