One more time, because it just never gets old, Evander Kane fills in Matt Cooke and stakes his claim as the most popular player in the NHL.
Nice right hand. Cooke’s the kind of player you might like better if he was on your team. Kane, however, you just have to like.
Somehow, even if Cooke does go after PK, I have the feeling PK is the type of athlete that can see it coming, avoid it, and then dish it out even better. This kid is gonna be so huge.
We talk about him at length in our latest podcast: http://www.habsradio.com/

…Evander Kane and Lucic, both out of Vancouver Giants Memorial Cup teams …if You lived out here in BC You would have known about them before their drafts
…disappointed We did not get one of them for Our Team
…Habitant means PASSIONATE HOCKEY

“Hey Richard, two minutes for looking so good!”
Play this on the jumbo screen at the start of tuesday’s game and during the rest of the series, lol
Cammy’s got his “History will be made” commercial!
“I lined up next to him at a faceoff, looked over and said “Hi Rocket”. All he did was growl.”
I almost get tears when I see those commercials! lol
Man, I LOVE THESE! What a great ad campaign this year, show classic great players and then showing today’s heroics. Halak’s is my fav one by far, but this cammy one is PRO!
Even the Datsyuk one that was released a couple of days ago is awesome too! Check it out if you can.
POW right in the kisser.
Good video Mike, Thanks!
Wow glad he was ok but man did he ever deserve that punch!
And the Order of Canada goes to:
______________________________________ Gionta for Captain.
Cooke thinks that there is something suspicious the way Evander Kane’s fist knocks him out like a little b..
More like Evander Holyfield than Evander Kane.
Cheer for the crest on the front of the jersey, not the name on the back.
Kane is named after Evander Holyfield.
December 4, 2009 – Elmer Lach’s jersey took its rightful place with the Rocket’s in the rafters.
Any way we can arrange a loan of Mr. Kane for game 3?
– I shall always remember Captain Koivu.
BOONE, i play hockey with zak ziegler! (he has a kovalev senators jersey)
Don’t know if anyone has posted this but I think someone in the NHL add department might just be cheering for the habs. Either that or Bettman is sick of getting whiny phone calls from Crosby after ever game. “Gary none of the other players like me… they keep hitting me make it stop!!!!”

Because hey, you never know
all i gotta say is, Sophia Loren was a babe.
GO HABS GO
Thanks Boone for posting that. Brought back some great memories. Maybe the Habs will create some new ones this week. Like 71. Like 93. Let’s hope.
How much would you be willing to pay for a Winter Classic ticket to watch the Canadiens play the Bruins?
