Weber’s goal was the turning point IMO. Not to take anything away from the Habs but it appears to me that the Flyers underestimated them tonight.
I felt it was simmonds missing an open net and also,i think it was giroux, that price robbed and then we went down and scored to make it 3-1.

I can’t tell from your blog when they score or who scored. You said something about Cole making a rush but right around then Cammalleri scored (I had to go to TSN to figure it out). The comments are great, don’t get me wrong, but getting in the key points (i.e. goals especially) would be great. Thanks again for all your work; it’s really a great live blog.

I agree! I get the game but I like following along with Boone’s blog too. Makes me feel part of a big crowd. So YES… when a goal is scored ‘announce’ it as if you were calling play by play Boone.

Cole playing hard and fast, even if he doesn’t score, opens up space, draws penalties and gets us puck control. Thats how he should play every game whether he plays 20 minutes or 20 seconds.

I’m really liking how how the Habs forwards are stopping on the puck tonight following a broken play or turnover instead of making a big loop or doing a lazy”flyby”. That kind of attention to detail is what leads to wins while the other stuff explains their more recent fate.
