probably depends on who else they sign… and what direction they take. he’s a UFA… so I think that makes it harder. But he won’t sign long term is my guess… and that can be horrible for the Habs.

The rest of the players will be cardboard cut outs of our heroes. None of what I said would look worse than what’s already happened. Remember the good old days, back when they had a guy called Jacques Martin coaching the team. In those days, children, the team would often be able to play opponents to a regulation draw, thereby coming up with a point after the OT or SO loss. Man, those were the days.

What a mess.
Bruins win the Cup while knocking off Montreal in OT in game 7 after a 2-0 series deficit. The Leafs look like they’re playoff bound and now the Habs are in rebuild mode.
The good thing about the bad days back when we had Hackett and Manson is at least the Bruins/Leafs weren’t winning cups….and the expectations for the Habs were not as high.
This is disgraceful. I’m still laughing at the fact that we brought guys from the Senators organization to run and coach this team. There are like 5-6 guys from the Senators organization that were apart of this storied franchise. That right there makes me want to vomit.
I think I’ve hit rock bottom as a fan. I’ll never stop rooting for this team though…
