I expected a let down after the epic Chicago game. This game is in the bag if we pick it up just a tad.
If the whole team wasn’t so snakebit it would have been a blowout in the first 10 minutes. I think the domination of the first period was a bit deflating when they didn’t capitalize.
Was it Gomez who had a glorious chance and fired into the goalie mid section.. unharassed.

It’s all Moen.
All those games where we got 2, 3, or 4 PP goals. The PP is anything but consistent.
I don’t know,alot of nights we were hard pressed to even get 2,3 or 4 powerplays nevermind 2,3 or 4 pp goals.
Not to mention that every PP in the league runs hot and cold, it’s the nature of the game.
